Taverna Aravanes established in 1982 and known for the genuine hospitality, warm welcome and the delicious traditional food. It is run by Eleftheria and Maria Papoutsaki, daughters of Lambros and Maria Papoutsaki, who first started the business.

In taverna Aravanes you can taste delicious recipes, based on tradition, made with local products and pure ingredients. Many dishes are cooked in the wood oven, which makes the food exceptional! You will be welcomed with homemade bread, baked in the oven and once you complete your meal you may taste a homemade dessert, or homemade ice-cream!Take a look at the Menu

In a beautiful stone-made building, with multiple exhibits from the surrounding area for the visitors to explore. There is also a mini store inside, where visitors can purchase local products.

Aravanes family restaurant is unique! Located on a cliff with a panoramic view of the valley and the Psiloritis mountain as well it is the best setting for a lunch with solely organic products that come either from their farm or from other small family farms of the region.
